in any case, we can only assume she died during order 66. seeing as to how she's a major character in the CW cartoon, her death during the series wouldn't make much sense.
but then again, stranger things have happened.
Personally, it would make sense for her to be killed by Dooku, with Anakin unable to stop him. One more reason to push "Skyguy" over the edge.
