So I wonder, what does a MOC need or look like that people answer in the thread in which it is shown?

Posting a general "C&C welcome/LMKWYT" note in a thread makes it seem like it's an afterthought when you really just came here to get people to look at it. Simple showing off threads are fine and all, not every post needs to be about how to improve something, but don't expect answers to questions you're not asking. Most builders would benefit from some discussion on how to improve and it would be better if they took the first step actually asking for guidance. And no, things like "How can I improve this?" doesn't count, unless "Build it better." is an acceptable response for you.
