Echo base is out on the French amazon web site...at the price of 18,50 euros.

S@H has it up at 27 euros. It seems the French amazon crowd got the lego echo base mixed up with the Hasbro one (which is also at 18,50). My box is on the way, so I thought I'd let everyone in on this one before they realize it and change the pricing.

It was on LEGO S@H for a bit for £21.49 (I got one before they vanished) and Amazon.co.uk seems to have them for the same price, but listed as out of stock.

Just received both Echo and Endor sets!

Chibi Tauntaun! I'll feed i'm the ewoks.

18.50 Euros = 26 USD = 16 GBP

BTW: UPS shipping is free at the moment thanks to an Amazon premium promotion.

How do you get free shipping? Is that to the UK as well? Doesnt give me the option.

It could be a FR only offer.

They are trying to get people to subscribe to Amazon premium by offering UPS delivery for free till July 2nd if I remember correctly.

What's called Amazon Premium in France is known as Amazon Prime in the UK and Germany. The promotion is running in both those countries as well. For the UK check out http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/subs/primecl ... /main.html.

The thing is it is only really free for one month. After that you pay £47.97 per year for the "free" shipping.

But you can un-suscribe, so you still get it free for a month. Just make sure you uncheck to automatic subcription box after you subcribe.
