Navigation Bar near bottom of Page?

I remember that on the old boards, at the bottom of all topics was a nav bar like at the top, but here there isn't. I found that feature extremely useful, as did others, i presume. Is there any chance of anything like it on these boards?

All this template is missing down there compared to the old style is the "New Topic" button (which was a terrible button in every thread anyways)... It's just not laid out the same as before.

A "breadcrumb" is a trail that you can follow back to the place you began, ie: the Hansel and Gretel story.

So then, the "Return to Suggestions" and "Board index" links down there?

Both of those buttons still exist, they just aren't laid out the same way. See the "Return to Suggestions" button, and then the "Board Index" button way at the bottom?
