Clone trooper question

I have just bought the republic assault ship and coruscant (75007) and clone troopers vs droidekas (75000) the clone trooper that comes in both sets is it the same minifigure? I know I could open and compare but I don't collect the planets just the figure so if I open it I carnt take it back if anyone could please advise me

With the exception of the rifle, the regular clone troopers are the same in both sets. The battle pack has the new Clone Commander which is currently only available in that set, so if I were choosing between the two, I'd keep the battle pack.
