30059 MTT

Huw over at Brickset snapped some pics of the newest polybag set 30059 MTT. As of now, it's only available in Japan but hopefully they will make their way to other parts of the world. For us in the US, I'm going to take a wild guess and say it'll either show up at Target or Toys'R'Us stores. But like other polybag sets to cross international waters, it may be months before we see it again. Still, if you're itching to buy, check out Bricklink and you too can pay an arm and a leg for it.

Hopefully Target so it won't be $4.99 a pop. This looks like a sweet parts pack, and I really like the little model in itself.

I have a friend currently living in Japan. Tempted to ask him to get a few for me. Couldn't cost more than Bricklink, though with my luck it'd hit the US pretty soon after I received them.

I love minis. I wish LEGO did more of them, even for other themes (or made them less impossible to find when they do). I would happily have bought mini Knight Bus or Hogwarts Express had I ever seen one, or a mini Weasley car. I would gladly buy more superhero minis beyond the Batmobile we got (I did finally find one, YAY!). I even might have bought some PotC minis. Star Wars seems to be the only mini fodder that appears regularly, and even then finding them is hit or miss for me.
