6211 what's it worth 2nd hand

Feel a bit out of my depth, wanted to buy a lego 6211 with the hologram brick missing. I offered her £35 (and she said this was too low). How do I know what to offer her??? what should I have offered her as this is a little new to me... pls Help

if this is the missing hologram brick, make sure you keep that in consideration. they currently go for 3-5 bucks. not a huge cost to replace but still worth mentioning.
