Asajj Ventress' Ginivex Fanblade Starfighter

Joel Baker does an awesome job recreating Asajj Ventress signature starfighter from The Clone Wars.

And yes, it folds:

WOW!!! Very impressive looking set. I'm really surprised to see this made with wings that really fold.

This is awesome. I was wondering if Lego would release this but didn't have any idea of how they would do it. This looks great, especially the folding function. Very good job! XD

This is #$%! phenomenal. Why can't lego release new sets like this... rather than rehashing the AT-AT or Slave 1 or any other set for the 3rd time?? I would be willing to pay the extra $$ on the license if we got fresh "out-of-the-box" sets like this on a regular basis.

I wasn't impressed until I saw that it folded. *bows* I've thought about doing this ship for a long time but couldn't come up with how to do the closeable fan. Now the bar has been set. ;)

Jeez, doesn't get much better than this. The overall look, color, proportion...they're all spot on. Amazing. Tricky vehicle to tackle, too.

...oh, and the whole thing folds  All TLG has to do is choose a set number :D

This so totally awesome!
I've been wanting to make one of these for ages, but unfortunately I cant keep all my LEGO here with me at university. In my head i was thinking of using the cloth wings from 6751 Fiery Legend (sorry, bricklink wasn't working to provide a link) as the 'fan' part of the starfighter. I thought using a part such as this would help in the folding of the wings.
But this is fantastic!! Seriously, great job.
