Got this in the mail yesterday!!! I'm in the US.

Man, I should get one of those considering how much money I have spent the past year on Lego Star Wars sets.

If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of dollars in a year did that take? I probably only spend about $10k a year with them in brand stores and shop@home but I'm guessing it takes a heck of a lot more that that????

That would be quite a surprise. Not that I'd do this, but I wonder how much you could get for that on eBay or bricklink. Always fun to see how nuts people go to be the first to have a rare item! Congrats to you, trekker!

I do spend quite a bit... never really kept track, tho.

I am really surprised I haven't heard any other reports of people receiving this set. Keep your fingers crossed -- they may still be sending them out Mine came via FedEx.

I'd assume they track it with the VIP point earnings...I think we all spend enough to warrant this gift ;-).

I hope I get one, as I never got one of those special limited pack in chrome figures in any of the many many sets I bought over the years... I was also @ CV, and never got over to do the mural build. Had I known they were giving the white Boba Fett away, I would have done it a few times!

Considering its her love of Lego and all of her original technique and space sets like the monorail that got me into it I guess I can't really complain. She said she would trade me my UCS X-wing ( first or second set I ever bought with my college summer job money ) for it.

Unfortunately I had to pass.
