I think it'll be a Rebel Endor Trooper, as a preview for the Endor set. Sorry - I think all of you expecting something amazing are kidding yourselves.

If it's anything either attractive, useful, unique and/or free, it'll be appreciated, regardless of whether it's amazing or not. It doesn't have to be all of those things for at least some of us to like it, just one or more.

Actually, my earlier joke about Jaxxon notwithstanding, I suspect it'll be simply a single commemorative brick - say, one of those printed 1x2x2 Duplo bricks LEGO sometimes issues for promotional purposes (such as the one they gave away at the 1999 Star Wars Celebration convention for the launch of the theme).

And you know what? If that's all it is, I'd still be happy to get one.

Keep in mind this is an offer so it isn't free. You probably have to make a $50 or $100 purchase.

I'm guessing it'll be a R2 minifig.

Not the chrome one mind you just the regular R2.

I'll put my two cents in.

It will probably be a mini set or a giveaway or a minifig.

I'm hoping they make a super battle droid chrome and let you get them XD

Anyway TLC should have asked lego star wars fans to get their input on this.

I think it'll be a cookie. What's amazing is that my guess has just as much validity as saying it could be a 4-story Victorian style mansion or a custom R4 figure. Bwaaa haaa haa

YES! I've been waiting for LEGO to release a Chrome Delva Racine minifigure for years!

I absolutely KNOW that this is what we'll be getting on May 4th. I just KNOW it.
Seriously, don't ask questions.

I could go for a cookie right now...

Oh, and I bet it's something not that big and not that important. Just a little something extra if you order for a specific amount of money.

That's the way I read it, you might not even need to buy something else, you just might see a set for sale (and conceivably for a very high price) that you haven't seen before. Who knows?

I just don't think it'll be some sort of giveaway, definitely something you need to pay for.

Just got an email (https://legoshop.rsys1.net/servlet/website/ResponseForm?sLnhEVTTC_TX_zohi_z3waU_1zEIHSpHrFohmtHpsDJht) that pointed to this page:

http://shop.lego.com/Promotion/?StarWars2009&CMP=EMC-M8A191887482&HQS=celebratewithlegoshop&domainredir=www.legoshop.com

It's counting down to the announcement, but based on what it says on that page about 250 variations on 150 characters, and these images that were in the email:

I'm guessing the offer is for a poster with all the different minifigs on it. There's 151 shown there.

It looks like you will be able to get a special poster of all the LEGO Star Wars minifigs made. No details yet on how exactly you can get the poster, but here's a thumbnail teaser:

You can go to http://shop.lego.com/maytheforce to check out their promotion page.

I was hoping it would be a set or something, but a poster is O.K.

LEGO.com wrote:More than 250 variations of over 150 Star Wars characters have been produced in minifigure form since 1999.

...and still only one Padmé from way back in 1999. That's pitiful treatment of the main female character of the prequel trilogy.

Now off my soapbox and back on topic, that poster looks nice. I'll definitely try to pick one up.

I never really expected a poster, but that poster looks pretty nice and I'd probably rather have that than some keychain or something like that because the poster would look good on my wall.
