New Clone Wars Comics At LEGO.com

If you can't get enough of the Clone Wars animated series, especially now that they're on break, point your browser over to StarWars.LEGO.com. They have an excellent, fully CG-animated series of Clone Wars comics that you can view. There are 10 episodes in the first "season", and the second season just started with #11; all of which are viewable through the site. The animated comics tie in the storyline you see in the LEGO Club and Brickmaster magazines but told from a different perspective. The current story arc is The Hunt for R2-D2. Will the Republic forces find the droid before the Separatists? Follow the comics and find out!

Just a quick apology from me to the couple of people who emailed us when there were updates to the comics page. It was my/our intention to get each of those updates posted, but other things came up and brushed the comics news aside. We'll try to be more on the ball about this for the new cycle.

They're all quite good but I have especially enjoyed the last few, in particular eps. 15 and 16 were really well paced. I also still like eps. 1 and 2 a lot as well.

So yes, one more to go...which was actually supposed to be up before the TV special aired, but hopefully it'll be worth the wait.

Thanks for the kind comments, Blacknight! I've really had a lot of fun with this whole project over the last couple of years. And I can't praise the amazing animation team nearly enough. They've really made this series spectacular. I hope you guys get to see the videos in hi-res one of these days!

Hurray! I am happy to announce that "LEGO Clone Wars Episode 18: All Good Clone Must Come to an End" is finally online. It's the grand finale! And just a couple of months late!

Also, there's a typo that's driving me crazy. Oh well. Hope you guys enjoy anyway!
