I'd give it another go. I used the coupon code on the Gungan Sub, and it was discounted.

Yeah, I just tried that and got the message "On Sale items do not qualify for promotion TOY40"
So you got lucky and then they "fixed" it.

There was a bunch of people on toys n bricks forum that got it to work on discounted items. No one there has reported your problem. I used it on a discounted item earlier today. I'd try again...

Edit: scratch that, someone over there is reporting the same thing. I guess they did pull a fast one in the middle of the sale and changed it

*** The 40% or $40 max now states it is off of a Full Price Item ... This was not the case earlier in the day. They seem to have adjusted their coupon code rules.

Sad, as I was going to get a Helms Deep for $75, now it's $95 ... oh well
