It looks like Target US also have a Daily Deal offer on 10212 UCS Imperial Shuttle: it's now $220.

According to the Daily Deal page, there's only five and three quarter hours left to take advantage of that one. $220 isn't the cheapest the set's been, but it's still 15% off RRP, which itself seems to be getting trickier to find.
