Got VIP points burning a hole in your pocket? You can blow them all on the summer Star Wars sets that have just gone up for sale at LEGO Shop@Home. 9525 Pre Vizsla's Mandalorian Fighter and 9526 Palpatine's Arrest are account exclusives; I believe 9525 goes to Walmart and 9526 goes to Toys'R'Us.

There is a slight discount on some of these sets at Barnes & Noble. They have a slight markup on MSRP but then 10% off. Not sure of tax charges but shipping is free on $25 or more.

With all the mid-season sales we are seeing on sets, I am having to fight the urge to get the Fury Interceptor. Hopefully, it won't sell that well because it isn't part of the main canon and I can get it 20-30% off later in the year or early 2013. Of course, that strategy rarely works in Hong Kong where the prices continually stay higher than most places.

I always go bonkers in August when the new waves become available, and then regret it in Oct/Nov/Dec as retailers post massive sales in the retail runup to Christmas.

So trying to not overdo it...
