[USA] Anyone heard of Phat Collectibles?

I hope this is in the right forum...
Anyways, I saw this store about 3 minutes from Disneyland(it's not in downtown Disney), and was wondering if anyone has used it. They sell toys, comics, and other Collectibles. They advertise LEGO as being one of their items. Most of it was priced higher than other older MISB. They had a few random MISB Lego sets, a lot of opened CM's for about $5, and a few other parts of sets. If anyone wants a more detailed description of what they have, I will gladly post it. It might be worth checking out...

I believe they also have a booth/table at Frank & Sons. A lot of the other vendors there have LEGO with the same range of prices. $5 for loose mini-figures, markup on older sets
