I'm torn.

On the one hand, I think it's awesome that we get the old model in new greys. I remember this being one of my favourite of the mini series.
However, I think it's kind of a shame they didn't try for a new, possibly improved design.
Anyhow, I may try and track one of these down/hope they get a release of some sorts over here. Sucks that it doesn't have printed viewports though.

I'm glad they're putting this out. Great little mini. I wish it had the printed window too because my original is lost.

It's really, really nice. I'm hoping that a few of these Mini-sets I'm seeing get a retail outing in the UK as oppose to the "Mirror" promotions - Because although, those do make the sets VERY cheap to acquire, it means you have to buy the Mirror!

I'm starting to realize that I like the MINI sets. My family has a few but due to their size, my kids can play with them a little more and they're definitely easier to put back together. When my kids' friends come over, their LEGO normally end up completely borken down.
I haven't had reason to go looking for anything in awhile so this will give me something to do over the next few weeks leading up to Easter.

I'm going to guess this is $3.99? I'll wait for the day after easter clearance.
eBay store, contact me if you'd like to perform trades from my inventory. I'm looking for original genosian fighers, second version a-wing fighters and tie bombers. I may be interested in other sets so let me know what you have.

Yeah, I'll pass on this too as I have the previous incarnation - that is to say, the same model - with the printed details. Is this all we're getting for the easter promo? Since we'd already seen photos for a mini AAT and Venator, I figured those would be coming for easter. . .

Your target has the LEGO poly bags until AFTER easter?! Where do you live? Antarctica?

Yeah, I went to check at MY Target as soon as I heard about the X-wing one, and several times thereafter. I NEVER saw ONE. Other polybags? Sure. They still have the Toy Story one, and a couple others. But the Star Wars ones disappear FAST.

I'm going to take my time this year. Last year I was so worried that I was going to miss out that I searched and found them as the different Target stores were stocking them. I later found most of the Target stores that I went to restocked them.

It definintely suffers for lack of printed windows on the front. Looking at it on my desk, it looks like a blind AT-ST, it's weird. Looks great from the side, though.

My target also had a bin labled for some kind of impulse ninjago set, maybe it's this one? Anyways the bin was empty.
