Yeah... not a whole lot to get excited about. A lot of keychains and magnet sets.

Good, I'm glad so many feel this way. More for me.

Well... define "good," I suppose.

In a previous post I said I'd skip Old Navy for LEGO Rockband, but we went out for other things (when I got up, in the natural course of events... nothing was inspiring me to get up early). My wife wanted to check something at Kohl's which, at the one we went to, was right next to Target...

They were sold out of the Indiana Jones sets they had on sale (no big deal to me), but they were still loaded with the Troll Warship, which I loved when I paid $90, but love even more at $50.... so I got two. Now I can have an armada. How many in an armada? I don't know.

I guess what makes it nice is that I wasn't even planning on it... I just looked, out of curiosity, expecting them gone... and the shelf was still loaded with the warships.

I dont know if it was a black Friday deal or not, but at my Walmart in KC they had about 10 of the Coast guard set 7739 for $30. I think that makes it 50% off of the MSRP.

I agree with all of you as well. I was expecting they might discount some star wars sets and not just some not so popular keychains. Their Save $10 off thing is like a little less than 10% off. Probably even worst than regular sales. But this is BlackFriday... i was expecting probably 30% off all lego or something like that at least

I'm more concerned that the Agents Command Center will sell out before I have a chance to truck to my local TRU!

I bought 13 Agents Mobile Command Center's at TRU! Hope to sell them on ebay. :D

I care! Awesome score on the 13 MCC's, I hope you sell each one for $200.

P.$. There is no sarcasm, I genuinely hope you make a mint on your score.

Deal-gloating is generally frowned upon around here. It detracts from the "members helping members" ideals that the finds forum is based on (remember that it was part of Buy/Sell/Trade before it got spun off, and the guidelines for what is permissable there and why are quite clear). That member's ONE post on the boards are to say (and I paraphrase) "I got a good deal on 13 sets (I'm assuming he bought out the entire available stock at that one particular store, though I could be wrong) and I'm hoping to scalp them on the internet." Well, Ace, I for one DO care, only insofar as to burn the calories required to tell him to take a long walk off a short pier.

Update on the Meijer deals (hopefully not over yet - I think good until Midnight Sat Nov 28)

spend 19.97 or more and get $4 off
spend 29.97 or more and get $6 off
spend 39.97 or more and get $8 off
and so on

Can be applied to lego but only equates to approx. 20% off.
