[US] Target Summer Clearance - Chicago Area - SW Lego Sets

Yeah, yesterday I went to one my Targets around my area and was able to pick the AT-AP Walker for $9.64. That was the only Lego set they had on clearance left.

No luck at the Culver City Target for SW Lego, but the Indy Jones Cutter set is $10 and there are about 20 of those sets. I was thinking about tossing 10 out there just to build it for fun. Haha. The La Cienega Target has a bunch of those Indy set soo, but NOTHING clearanced SW wise...that includes the V19 and a couple Hailfires.

...but I managed to snag Temple of the Crystal Skull x2 for $20, Temple Escape x1 for $15, and Jungle Cutter x4 for $10!

0_o My Target last time I checked only had the Jungle Cutter from the first wave, for $25. I feel compelled to go check out both stores and see what I can find now.

20! I would have gone bonkers. I thought I did well finding 4 for $10 each. IMO the Jungle Cutter was well-worth the $40 MSRP, and at $10 is a screaming deal. Nice figs, lots of plants/foliage, dark green and sand green parts, technic treads, etc.

Be wary as not all Targets have the same clearance. The La Cienega one had them at $20 a piece

I'll keep that in mind, checked one out earlier and there was nothing, going to try and check out a couple more in my area and see if there's anything.

I was on vacation and got back last night so I missed all the Jungle Cutters at my local Target when the markdowns happened on Thursday.

But, I managed to get a few sets this morning, so all was not lost

I'll second that! I paid $24.98 yesterday at my Richmond (Libbie Rd.) Target and was happy to get that deal: they had three on the shelves, and it was the only LEGO on clearance in the place.

I'm only chiming in to say that I, too, got this deal. I also picked up Speedboat Rescue for 9.98 and the Crawler Crane for 14.98. Sometimes working for a big-box retailer has its perks!

Targets in OC and San Gabriel area are variable. Most hit 75% off last week. A few are still stuck at 50% off. Most of OC is completely picked clean already. Scored some 50% off deals, but was only able to find one Indiana Cutter at 75% off.

I think I saw one Hailfire at 50% off. Otherwise, mostly Agents, Construction Crane, Jungle Cutter, and some Bionicle sets. When did that clearance on the Gunships and AT-TE take place? I never even saw it.
