[Bricklink] Is $75US a deal for 7262?

I've been in contact with a seller on Bricklink. He's offering 7262 MISB for $75. Is this a good deal as an investment? I see on Bricklink the set sells between $90 and up. My confusion is that the set has been released so many times 7150, 7152 and 7262. I already have two 7150. What is special about 7262?

7150 was the original set. 7152 was a S@H-only re-release of 7150. They are basically the same set with a different number.

7262 was the TRU exclusive re-release of the set in 2004, after the color change. The set has a different part count, and all the grays are of the bluish variety. I assume these fetch a high price because there aren't as many of them floating around. Keep in mind that for something to be a good investment, you have to be able to sell it eventually, for more than you paid. Sure, BrickLink prices are $90 and up, but nobody has bought one of these sets for the past 6 months, at any price. That tells me that there isn't really a market for this set at inflated prices.

Besides, 7262 has the new opening for the Tie Fighter hatch. (like in the Tie Fighter Collection, and the new Vader Tie)
I like the other way like it is in 7150 better though.

The 7262 IMO has seen its peak already (2 years ago) and with the new vader tie fighter and y wing out and a new clone version of the y wing soon to be available, the value of 7262 probably won't increase any further.

A used 7262 has a value of about $50usd, so if you plan to build it then it won't be a good investment. But if you hold onto it, then $75 is a reasonable investment for a misb set.
