Amazon Discounts LEGO Star Wars, Super Heroes

Postby Staff » Fri May 30, 2014 11:05 pm

If you missed out on the BOGO 40% deal earlier this week, there are a couple of things you should know. First, even though the LEGO items have been removed from this page, the discounts still seems to apply. For example, 75019 AT-TE is currently listed at $66.31, 26% off of MSRP of $89.99. Having two of them in my cart adds up to $132.62. On the final page before checkout, the BOGO 40% promotion kicks in, applying a discount of -$26.52, bringing my total down to $106.10 before any tax is applied. It seems though that some of you were having trouble getting the BOGO discount to work. Keep in mind that the discount is 40% off only the item that is equal or lesser value, and only one discount will be applied per cart. Some of the sets where the discount still applies include 75019 AT-TE, 75003 A-wing Starfighter, 75040 General Grievous' Wheel Bike, and 75022 Mandalorian Speeder. It seems some of the others sets are sold out from Amazon and offered by third party sellers, and thus not eligible for promotion. Not entirely sure when the promotion ends; it says "while supplies last" so don't hesitate if you're looking for a deal, especially on that AT-TE.

Secondly, Amazon has applied some pretty nice discounts across a range of sets, starting at 20% going all the way up to a whopping 37%:

And lastly, some Super Heroes sets are also discounted, ranging from 20% up to 26% off:

In Target yesterday I noticed BOGO 40% off on Star Wars and Creator lines, also online (but hard to work out what they have available half the time) so I'm guessing the Amazon sale is in response to that.
