Hi, Steve!
I'm trying to make a minifigure for Our Lady of Fatima and was wondering if the hood and cape from the new Barriss Offee minifig wil be on Pick-A-Brick.
You're awesome! XD

I'm pretty sure parts made specifically for licensed characters aren't supposed to wind up in Pick a Brick.

I don't think I've ever seen minifig parts on a pick-a-brick wall.

I'm sure someone, somewhere has seen them every once in a while, but its not a normal thing, for sure.

I'm not 100% sure but I think he may have ment the online Pick A Brick.

(For some reason I can't get it to add links to text so forgive the ugly url below.)
http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Pick-A-Brick-11998

And it has figure parts and accessories on it.
