Now that this set has been confirmed can someone clear this up for me. Does this set include the new power functions? I've checked the Lego site and it doesn't say so I'm presuming it doesn't.

The release said more details would be forthcoming at BrickFest PDX in March. I'm assuming we'll know for sure at that time (all signs point to "Yes" regarding Power Functions...)

Lego did say the new train line would be operated by power functions but we'll have to wait and find out if it's included in this set. I hoping it is. I miss 9v but I'm looking forward to a new direction in with the train line.
