Have the keychains changed?

Has Lego changed the Key Chains?
Today I was able to pull one out with my bare hand, no force, no pliers needed at all.
When I think at older ones where you really had to pull very hard...

Well, I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess, Id guess you got a defect, a defect in your favour, but still a defect.

But the 4 I had last week came out very easy as well. I did use pliers then, though, but it worked very easy.
