Power Miners... The MOVIE!!!

Whoa! Universal has started preproduction on a Power Miners movie, and it's scheduled to be released in February of 2011. I'm very excited about that release date, because February is when ALL the best movies come out.

And man, check out this cast! This is gonna rock!

Awesome news but....white eyes on the rock monsters? They're already straying pretty gorram far from the source material. Those pipes are too, they're so dull and gray! I really hope that's as far as it goes and they don't alienate the entire fanbase.

You mean because Rock Raiders was the better original theme, right? Yeah I totally feel the same way. Power Miners itself is fun...good parts too, but it just can't compare to the magic that captured the imagination of a generation.
