One thing I don't understand is all the people who are posting in this thread who are basically saying "since the focus is now on PM, we can't do any SW MOCs or special SW stuff". WTH?

Just because our focus has (allegedly) changed doesn't mean we can't still talk about Star Wars or build Star Wars stuff. There's still and SW forum, and the MOC section isn't called "Power Miners MOC Showcase". A change of focus doesn't mean we're completely ditching our old focus. We're just adding something else to the mix, and that's perfectly fine.

Over the years I have been somewhat of a lurker on FROM BRICKS TO BOTHANS, and I've seen many pranks and sick jokes. Is this for real? I mean, no offense to power miners, but, why are we changing the theme? Its only been a few days and I am already longing for the old days of FBTB, where people actually made decisions that attracted some interest. This is ludicrous. Ban me if you want, but the new theme sucks.

Just a big fat FYI for all: you don't get banned for disagreeing. We're not that mean. And no one's been banned since newFBTB opened up a couple months ago (except from the chat, which is a whole other beast.) I think we're all doing pretty good in that respect.

The only good thing about PM is the dynamite and the figs. The dynamite, for my WWII junk. The figs, for SW mechanics (without the helms).
