Yes, and then next to it you can start your Tower of London MOC. Of course, to be in scale, I'd need to sacrifice my living room, so I doubt my wife would approve that.
Will Tactically Consult for money, food or LEGO.

All I can say is, TAN CHEESE!!!! It's about time, and the good thing is that there are a lot, so it won't be too overpriced on BL.
I build it so you don't have to!

It really is a beautiful set, but I don't think I'll be getting it. Due to it's size and my rapidly diminishing shelf space I would have to display it outside of my LEGO room and I really don't think SWMBO would go for that.

If I ever find the time to build MOCs maybe I'd pick it up for the parts.

The price/part ratio is perfect! More than 4000 pieces, for 220€, that's cheaper than any current set. The overall design is not perfect, but 556 tan cheese slopes...:D

This is absolutely awesome! I really like all of the big sets LEGO does that are world themed.

In the press release it says there are four blue baseplates, but it looks like five to me. Either way, this set is a must get.

Does anyone know how big and heavy the box is? Would it work to carry it as hand luggage?
Because at the release date I am at BrickCon in Seattle. Would be a nice souvenir, getting the set there
