LEGO Space Police DS Game?

So I saw on the side of a space police set the mention of the upcoming DS game but can't find any mention on nintendo.com or here when I searched the Original Themes board...what did I miss? By the way I have seen the mention that it may have been cancelled or that it morphed into the battles game...this news does not satisfy me... anything else?

Sorry man, LEGO Battles is it. They took Castles, Space (and Space Police), and Pirates smooshed them all together and got Battles.
