Too bad we can only vote for 1 fig, I'm also looking forward to the magician, woodsman, robot, crash dummy, indian, and ninja! It seems that, with a few exceptions, everyone around here has some different tastes. If there isn't a way to buy a complete set or what-have-you, hopefully folks around here will be willing to do some trading.

the pictures are computer renders ... the real figs just standard Lego minifigs.

There seems to be 6 most-wanted and 10 others that most don't seem to care about...I guess they'll be a lot of 2 for 1's and 3 for 1's in trading.

How much do padded envelopes typically cost to ship things this small (across the U.S.)? Is it even worth trading or are you spending just as much on postage as the figs are worth?

I wouldn't say that there are 10 most don't seem to care about. The drawback with this poll is that everyone could only choose a single fig. Who's to say that some of the figs with low votes or no votes aren't also highly wanted, but just weren't anyone's top choice? I know two of the ones I'm really looking forward to haven't gotten any votes. I think you'd get a more accurate picture of desirability if everyone could rate their desire for each minifig, say on a scale of 1 to 10. I just read the other day about creating surveys with Google Docs, so I tried creating this type of survey. Maybe if enough people take it we'll have a better overall idea of minifigure desirability. I voted for Caveman, although Clown, Robot, Cheerleader and Zombie are right up there.

This is one of the best ideas LEGO has had in ages. Two Series of these this year and hopefully more & more to come for many years.

yes, you can't tell from the packet what figure you get.

but, each box has 60 figs and there are at least 3 of each fig in each box. If you want to make sure you get 1 of each, buy a box and sell the rest.

They are just soft sided bag though. You can probably feel well enough through the bag that you would be able to tell if there is a distinctive accessory that come with the figures and have a good guess from that.

Only 17 sets of votes so far, but as with this thread's poll the Zombie is in the lead, although not by much. The diver is at the bottom of the poll by a very wide margin. The skater is ahead of 4 other figs right now, and the magician is ahead of 7 other figs, but in this thread's poll neither has a single vote. I hope to see some more votes in the next few days!

My appalling Internet skills made me vote for the diver, but I tried to check the Magician box. I think he looks great. The 3L lightsaber bar will be really a good piece. At first, I thought it was a trick of perspective that the wand looked shorter than a 4L bar.
