Target Promo [Power Miners] - $2.99

I'm not into Power Miners, but I did notice that Target has two polybag sets now in stock in the Halloween/seasonal section. Found two new sets going for $2.99 - 8907 Rock Hacker and 8908 Monster Launcher. Both are listed on brickset.com. I imagine they are along the lines of the SW MINI V-19 and GG Fighter from Easter. At the store I visited, they weren't in bins but were hanging on pegs.

I've seen them in several local Targets, but I'm not interested. If only these were the new Power Miner minifigs or a better colored rock monster...
