Lego Space on Nintendo DS

I see that on the side of the Space Police boxes they have an ad for a Lego Space Video Game on Nintendo DS. It also claims to be out now. Does anyone know anything about this?

It's called Lego Battles. Your choice of three factions: Space, Castle, and Pirates.

Think Starcraft 1, substituting these factions in.

How do you get downloaded games on your nintendo ds? A friend told me that you can buy something and download games onto it to play on your nintendo ds, but im not sure where to find it and how to actually do it. I cant remember what it was called. Also, what all can you do on a nintendo ds besides play games? I know a psp is better and can do more, but I dont have one of those. I like my ds.
