I'm not sure if this fits in this section but i've been wondering what happened to that page filled with mocs and customs.

There is the MOC forum, visible about halfway down the main page, or linked below:

We used to have a separate section on the site proper just for mocs and customs and instructions. That content still exists, but we no longer use it for displaying mocs because integrating with Flicker is better for the site.
