What's the ETA on those avatars?

Postby theJudeAbides » Thu Jul 09, 2009 11:16 am

We've been waiting for over 6 months now. What seems to be the holdup? And whatever happened to those Rock Monster avatars, you could at least give us those until the Star Wars one are ready. Or, you could let us use our own (within certain parameters) until they are ready.

When we were told it was going to take a little longer before we could use avatars, I assumed it would be a month, maybe two. This is getting a little ridiculous.

To be honest, like Turk and Andi, I don't really miss them either. I mean they look good so far (the ones that I've seen) and I can't wait for the rest... but this isn't high on my list of gripes.

I'm just posing the question to whoever may have an answer. I know you've been busy with moving the forums... or something, I'm not exactly sure... but at least you're still working.

But if it makes you happier...

Mike, what's the ETA on them avatars?

I'm also kind of missing the avatars. I don't come one here much anymore, but when I do, the first thing I do is open up a random topic to see if people have avatars yet. On the old forums, I always identified people by their avatars, and that's throwing me off here. Hopefully they come soon, and I'm excited since they are said to be good.

I don't miss them, but I wouldn't mind them. I liked what I saw from Mike, but it looks like we may not be getting those after all.

If that shall be the case, how about some custom avatars? *crosses fingers*
