Death of the catch-all threads...

It's like the old BCS, except the 2.0 makes it fancy. Wondering why you can't post here? Check out the rules and expectations, and it all should be made clear...

You know there's a Halo thread just down the page.

Well, I guess after the Halo Wars hype dies down after its release, the thread would die out...probably at least.

At a curiosity, would something like Tech Help Thread, fall under the whole no catch all threads policy? As personally, I feel that having one thread for tech help is quite beneficial as that would give you just one place to look at for tech help. I'm not sure about others, but I enjoyed reading through the pages of the tech help thread as occasionally I would learn something new that I found quite useful, yet never would have thought of asking.

I don't see why the questions asked in the thread can't just be posted individually and get the same result. It will probably get answered quicker and be easier to find in a search this way too if someone ends up with the same problem as a prior member.
