SLC Touring Suggestions

I'm planning on going to Salt Lake City, UT, with the wife and 19 month old, for the three-day weekend. We've been before and done the temple square and the island in the lake (though we may do that part again). So I'm looking for suggestions of your must-see sights.

Also any restaurant recommendations would be nice too...
