
Over the weekend I added to my repertoire of smoke-fu - I learned the knowin's and the doin's of smoked turkey legs, and now my smoker is the ultimate power in the universe! Smoked brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, pork loin, whole turkey, whole chicken,even cheese, and now turkey legs. All that is left for me is to make smoked salmon and bacon and I will be complete.
