marketing gimmick for legoland florida? from what i've been able to find online, this is part of a marketing effort by an artist. being so close to legoland fl though, i wonder if it's not related somehow.

Meh. Some random artist as far as I remember. It's staged just like the last two times it "washed ashore" in various places over the last few years.
