Weird question: are any of you FBTB'ers out there per chance a corporate lawyer who'd be willing to answer a few quick questions I have about the legal considerations for incorporating a LEGO User's Group? If so, PM me please. Thanks!

Thanks for the link Don. There is debate on whether 501(c)3 is right for a LEGO club, and that is the question. Bill Ward went 501(c)3. I wonder how he has suggested he is indeed a charity???
