It's scattered, several in this area (but not all) have done it... and given that I leave in the heart of Walmart country, it's odd. But it's mostly the first wave, since as I remember, the new prices match what LEGO moved their prices to stores and the like.
You know, if I see links to Brickshelf, more often than not, the first thing I click is the "Back" button.
Well considering how well LEGO has supposedly been selling lately, I guess it's not too surprising. In Virginia the only sets I see above MSRP are the battle packs at 10.99, and maybe Granite Grinder but I'm not sure.

I don't understand what you're trying to say here. LEGO pretty much by definition sells their sets at MSRP.
he ones in Lacrosse and Onalaska, WI are only about $1-$3 above MSRP, and the one in Winona, MN is actually about $1.00 under MSRP.

At our Wal-Mart in NW Colorado the sets are 5% above MRSP except the smaller sets like the battle packs($11.88) and tiny turbos($6.88). It's almost funny because our K-Mart is selling those small sets for less. So much for Wal-Mart 'selling for less'.
I checked a Walmart in Canton, OH. Besides the battlepacks being a little high, the rest of the sets are the same price that Lego sells them for (as far as I could tell).
I was at Wal-mart yesterday (rarely go there, but Target was out of Clone Battle Packs). The battle packs were $10.99 (vs $9.99 on lego.com). All the other sets were below MSRP in true Wal-mart style (i.e., the Republic Shuttle was $58.37 or something odd like that instead of $59.99)
Walmart always seems like 2 dollars off the TRU price. I do see Walmart advertise some lego sales every once in awhile...and it's usually an additional 15% (around) off. This is in Canada.
On my way back from Georgia I stopped at a Walmart in S. Pittsburg, TN (near Chattanooga). The prices listed on the shelves there were high as well (example $52.99 for AAT). However, Ahsoka's fighter said it was $41.99 on the shelf but had a price sticker on it that said $38.99.
