MOC Madness Sweet Sixteen Round Starts Today

I messed up. I didn't seed the brackets correctly. Ranks 1 and 2 from the same quadrant should have met in the next round (assuming they weren't victims of a great upset), and not this round. Oh well. Something to keep in mind for next year.
