MM2014SWR Sweet Sixteen: Brick Vader vs Legopard

Postby Solo » Fri Aug 01, 2014 12:02 am

Round 2 (Sweet Sixteen): Speeders
Speederbikes, landspeeders, and airspeeders are all fair game. This is a simpler challenge than the opening round, but the build window is shorter. You'll only have seven days to submit your model (8/1-8/7), followed by two days of voting (8/8-8/9). The winning builder from each bracket advances to the next round.

The deadline for this round is 11:59PM PST on Thursday August 7th.

This thread is for the builders listed above. Post your submission photos in here when you're ready, and the poll will be added once the deadline passes.

Good luck and thanks again for participating!

Well, at least I tried. I learned a lot for the next competition, and can't wait (as long as it is Star Wars related!). Good luck to all in the coming rounds! :D

(Seriously though, one vote? I didn't think it was that bad... :S )

And here is mine as well:

I stay at the bounty hunter-series and present you my interpretation of Zam Wesell's Koro-2:
A Victorian Bountyhunter

Wow. This is the toughest vote of the round for me. I hadn't expected to vote for a speeder bike this round as I didn't think one would be able to add enough detail while keeping it at a small size. Brick Vader's proved me wrong, and he gets my vote this round, much as I love the Victorian Bountyhunter.
Thought you'd like this about the Vatican cameos.

Personally, I think the Victorian Bountyhunter is the best of the lot. Terrific shapes, nice coloring and every piece just in the right place. The more I look at it the more I like it. Great build!
