Published by Twomorrows Publishing, the book is at the printer getting boxed and should be shipping out any day now. You can order the book directly from Twomorrows's website, $8.46 for a print edition with a free digital copy, and $3.95 for a digital version only. There's a flash preview of the book in case you need convincing, but the book is a steal at $8.46.
