I was never particularly impressed with the lego minifig for this charachter that "only" appeared in 4 out of the 6 movies.

When I saw the satchel on the Indiana Jones fig I thought, "They should have used that on Chewie, If only they had made a slightly longer set of arms and legs for the chewie fig."

Then they made Woody.....

So here it is, - plain ol' Chewie.

That is pretty neat. I'm sure LEGO will find a lot of uses for the elongated legs, and hope they incorporate those into more sets. Good thinking with the satchel; it makes sense - but then you lose the "ammo bandolier" effect.

It's a good idea. You probably should have sanded the cut places though.
