Well, my first topic starts with loads of images:
Some Marines I made some time ago.

That's just how Bricklink operates. You can upload images, but they have to be moderated by the admins of the site before they are available to be viewed. This sometimes takes a day or two, depending on how many pictures they have to moderate.

Although it can be kind of annoying, it's how they prevent "bad" images from being posted there (such as porn and other X-rated content). It's a necessary evil because I guarantee you if they didn't do it the site would pretty much become infested with that type of material over night.

One thing you can do, if your images aren't moderated yet, is deep-link to them so that the image shows up in the thread here, thus eliminated the need to click to the gallery. I preach this practice almost daily around here... and am too tired to give my usual page-long rant. To sum it up: Just embed them already!
