I did a search and did not find anything on this topic. On Brickshelf, I have noticed some amazing custom minifigs of ancient Chinese warriors and wondered where the pieces came from. I came across this site called BrickTW that now makes the molded parts. Check this out: http://shop.bricktw.com/.

I am really excited to see another vendor to join the likes of Little Armory Toys, BrickArms and BrickForge. If anyone has experience with their products, please post.
