[BATMAN] Arkham Asylum version 4

I bought the Arkham set a couple or so years ago, poured out all the pieces and didn't follow the instructions at all, instead combining those pieces with some from my own collection to build a singular structure just as I've imagined Arkham to be. This is the fourth version of this project, my biggest MOC build so far. I've made Arkham a neo-gothic cathedral/fortress with modern-day embellishments such as a security spotlight, satellite dish and computers. It's built like a doll's house so there are three separate levels and a roof that can be removed. The first floor houses the driveway, foyer and basic cells, the second floor houses the security outpost and more cells and the third floor contains "special condition" cells for Bane (reinforced) and Mr Freeze (climate controlled).

I think it looks better than the third version, the walls being more solid and all that.
This does look like an interesting piece of architecture, though. The sharp edges are quite impressive, but why are they only on the back side of the building?

In addition, could you enlighten one thing to me: a rat pen?

Yay, thank you so much for commenting, I've been waiting for a comment on this. I'm glad that you like it. The neo-gothic ledges/edges actually came from a lack of big wall pieces so I subsituted using designs from angular parts. I found that only the back needed these ledges since there were enough pieces on the front, but if you look closely there still are some ledges that jut out. Oh, the rat pen was just something for fun, it's supposed to be a yard of some sort but turned out to be too small so I made it the home of Arkham's resident rat.
