Wow, Kuat Drive Yards has never been so colourful! You've got a nice little fighter here, but it could use some tidying up. Specifically, decide what colour you want those missiles to be, and make them all the same colour. I'd also recommend that you delete the black colouring on the nose or wings becasue it just doesn't look right. The nose is nice, it's a very curvey shape, yet it still flows well towards the cockpit. I think that you should consider mounting your engines higher up though, they're very low down and you've got a lot of blank space behind the cockpit.

Aside from those points, it's a cool ship, and the forward winglets with the guns on are a nice touch, if a tad bulky...
